Our Custom Treatment Process
Porcelain veneers are one of our most popular custom treatments here at Advanced Smile Dentistry. To achieve their maximum function, veneers must both hide problem teeth and provide the appearance of a new, natural-looking smile. During your first appointment, Dr. Basar will file a small amount of the enamel off your problem teeth. He will then use a 3Shape TRIOS® digital scanner to take a digital impression of your teeth. This ensures the best possible fit for your new veneers and allows us to hand- design them specifically for you.
When these restorations are finished, you return to our practice in Toms River, NJ for your second appointment. This is where we verify the final fit of your new veneers and bond them to your teeth. You won’t need to complete any special maintenance, just clean them as you would your normal teeth!
